About Bushfoot Golf Club

Bushfoot Golf Club is Northern Ireland's Premier 9 hole golf club. Formed in 1890, although golf was probably played on the site before this, the club is one of the oldest in all Ireland. Situated on the North Antrim Coast it is the nearest golfing neighbour of Royal Portrush which is just 4 miles away. It is a welcoming members club and the host club of the Ladies International Golf Tournament which is competed for over 4 days annually by more than 300 competitors. Bushfoot has a couple of unique features with the Causeway Electric Tramway bisecting the course and Ireland's equivalent of the Road Hole @ St. Andrews as it's 17th hole were you have to hit over the greenkeepers shed to find the fairway. The clubhouse sits in an elevated position overlooking Runkerry Bay and has views towards
